The house is a one bedroom, one and one half bath beach house with a loft located on the bay side of the Bolivar Peninsula. The house sleeps up to six but is most comfortable for a family of four and is a great romantic getaway for a couple.
The master bedroom is downstairs and has one full size bed and a half bathroom. The loft has two full size beds.
The house has one full bathroom downstairs and has a small capacity washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes for cooking and eating. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator.
The family room and dining room is a large open area with a large sectional couch and has a dining table for up to six people. The kitchen has a large bar with an addition seating for four.
